Yuzu Margarita
Ingredients:
Salt or Sugar for the rim of the glass
Lemon/lime juice for the rim
1/2 oz Lime juice
1 oz yuzu puree (we used Monin brand)
1 oz Cointreau (or triple sec)
1 1/2 oz Tequila

Instructions:

Prepare glasses for serving by rubbing the rim of each with a lime/lemon wedge, then turning in a saucer of sea salt or sugar to coat.

Fill a large blender (or prepare in batches if your blender is too small) with as much crushed ice as you like (depending on how strong you want the margarita to be), add all the ingredients and blend thoroughly.

Pour the frozen mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish each with a lime wedge.
